となりますね(^_^;)
普通の疑問文に the hell を挿入するだけ
疑問詞 / the hell / be動詞 / 主語 / … ? 一体全体というニュアンスがついたり
怒りを表したり、ただただ柄悪く喋ってみたりする時に 挿入しますね。
そーなに悪い表現ではないので、みんな普通に使いますね。
Who are you? → Who the hell are you?
What is this? → What the hell is this?
the hell の他に the fxxk とか bloody hell とかがポピュラーですね(^-^)
What the hell is wrong with you? （あなた一体、どうしちゃったの？！）
って感じのセリフを字幕で「ダメね」とだけだすなんてステキ(^-^)

pull your shit together：しっかりする、自分を取り戻す
pull yourself together の、ま言わば ガラの悪い版(^_^;)
limey: 英国人
